Delivery Information

 -Delivery fee is decided depending on the shipment method and the country for delivery.

-Delivery period can take up to 2~14 days for EMS, 14~50 working days K-Packet. Delivery period does not include holidays, weekends, and time taken in the customs. The actual delivery can take longer.

 -We cannot guarantee restock after sold out.

- Please note that depending on the customs regulations of the country the merchandise is arriving into, additional fees may occur during the customs clearance. The total amount of the fee may vary depending on the value of the merchandise you have purchased.

Other shipping options will not be avaible if you inlcude pillow inserts in your order due to its size. (EMS shipping only)

If you do not include the pillow inserts, you will only receive the cushion cover.

Exchange and Refund

 1. Refund due to change of mind must take within 7 days after receiving of item.

 (Delivery fee must be paid by the customer.Refund will not include shipping fee)

 2. Damaged item can be exchanged within 3 months after receiving the item.
