  • Return Completed? What does that mean?

    • What does "return completed" mean? i can't track my order anymore. I had problems with the order when it entered to my country but i thought i have solved it :/ i'va payed a lot and i don't want to lose any money,i trust cheritz and i'd like to know where's my order. (sorry for my english, it isn't my first language)

Hello Cheritz. Thanks for your answer. That information was helpful, but i still have questions about my purchase. I've read your guide, agreement and terms & conditions but i don't find answers. Will you refund me? Is there any way i can get my package back? I couldn't reclaim it on time because of important reasons. I'm waiting for your answer. Thank you.
