  I ordered an Ray Emoji cushion, but you sent me an V emoji cushion,
  and about 1 month later what you sent me is Ray's big pillow...
  
  Plz sent the Ray emoji cushion by trackable ems,
  i can pay more for shipment. I can not wait too long like last one,
  cause i am not sure if I will be in NZ or not. This is serious.
  
  And the pillow one, plz give me your address since its really expensive,
  I can not just take this. And also the V emoji one.
