Dear Cheritz Team;


Back in October (the 24th) My mom ordered the RFA cushion set for my birthday. She got the order confirmation (the confirmation number is 20201024_UE9_0000218) but we still has not gotten an email saying that it has been shipped. Is this normal now during corona? And do you know when the package will be sent?
