Hi, I ordered a 707 RFA Emoticon Cushion on the 17th of December but it keeps saying that the order is still in progress. I used paypal guest checkout to purchase the item and money has been taken out of my account already.Has it been sent out yet? I do live outside of Seoul, Korea (I live in the United States) so I have considered that as a factor but it has been at most 3-4 days since I have purchased my product and it still says “order in processing”. I just want to know whether or not my order will ever be confirmed and sent out.

I also do not know where to track my item. I have found links you posted on another Q/A post but all those site say that they can not find my package including USPS. Maybe it is because my item is still in process but I would like to know, did I choose the wrong delivery company when I was purchasing the cushion? The delivery company I chose was the KOREA POST International Small Packets. Any information on my product and shipping would be very helpful. My Order Number 20181217_IE1_0000194 |

If Tuesday is a holiday, it will be shipped next business day. Shipping time does not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing time.
