Dear Cheritz Market, Hello I was informed that on 13 September my order was dispatched, and I was given the number 6864054882245 for tracking but I can't find it when searching in the website given http://service.epost.go.kr/trace.RetrieveEmsTraceEng.postal?ems_gubun=E&POST_CODE=6864054882245 . then I tried to contact you and I received a replay that There could be delays in shipping for items ordered from Sept. 17th - 23rd(KST) due to the Korean Thanksgiving holiday and nothing new from that day on. I hope you can help me locate the shipment and/or to know the appropriate time it should arrive to my box. I sent a message asking about the error to shop@cheritz.com but no replay since the second of this month. |
