Hello,
my order, which I commissioned on the 21st of july, has still not been shipped, or at least not marked as such.
This upsets me, because shipping time in itself is already fairly long, so I was hoping that it'd at least be sent out quickly.
Why is there no update on my order? Why hasn't it been shipped yet? The payment was successful.
