Hello! I ordered few things almost a year ago and they still aren’t sent. Have you any information about when shipping will be allowed to Europe? I know that Korea is already opened and Im very looking forward my items ;D Thank you

First of all, thank you for waiting for a long time.

Looking at the current delivery status, the Czech Republic can only be shipped by EMS.
We can't start shipping because your order method is K-PACKET.

If you want to receive the order, when you cancel your current order and place a new order with a full refund, please select EMS in the delivery method.

If you want to cancel the order and reorder, please reply to the order number.
If the delivery method is not changed, the order cannot be shipped.
Also, EMS can be ordered without any weight limit, so please refer to purchasing additional products.

If you want to know the EMS shipping fee, please follow the instructions below.

1. Please select the item you wish to purchase and press the 'Order' button.
2. Then enter your delivery address info
3. Please select a shipping method : EMS (KOREA POST International Postal)
4. The shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed in the bottom right corner.

Also please be informed that shipping costs may vary depending on the number and weight of items you order.
