At about 7:42 pm PDT, I had attempted to submit an order for the second half of products I was buying for the Mystic Messenger new merchandise. My bank, which I had problems with in the past, text messaged me and asked me to verify it, and I did. I got an e-mail from Paypal confirming my purchase. However, the Cheritz shop page was stuck on a white screen. After a short while, it told me I couldn't access the shop page any longer. I attempted to get back onto it with no success. I was able to access it again through my friends computer. I checked my order history and my order was not listed and all the items in my second order are still sitting in my cart. I checked my bank's summary and it told me my remaining balance was correct for having submitted the order. I still have not gotten an e-mail from Cheritz's shop saying the second order was processed successfully. How do I ensure my order went through the Cheritz marketplace successfully?
