Last month my friend ordered a few items from your shop. We were waiting for the packet to arrive but when we checked the EMS track today it said "unsuccessful delivery". We then realised that the delivery address was wrong (it has been sent to the United States when we live in Spain).
Is there any way to fix this?
I imagine the packet will be sent back to you and we are willing to pay for the delivery to Spain again if that is possible. We spent over a 100 pounds so we would really like to receive the items (I understand a refund is not possible)
