My RFA emoticon cushion has been in processing for nearly a month

I ordered a 707 RFA emoticon cushion including pillow inserts on September 20th and their order status has been “order in processing” ever since. I was wondering when my items are expected to ship and if it is necessary that I request a refund. My order number is 20210920_JE8_0000078.
