If you would like a refund due to a sudden change of heart, please send in your inquiry to Cheritz Market within a week after you have received the package. E-mail : shop@cheritz.com As long as your reason is not included in the non-refundable policy, all purchases will be refunded. (Shipping fee excluded). Non-refundable Policy 1) If there are traces that the item has already been used. 2) Once items including pillow inserts have been unwrapped, we cannot provide you with a refund/exchange. 3) If the flyer has been wrinkled up or ripped. 4) Products that have flaws created in the manufacturing/delivery processes. 5) Products damaged by the receiver of the package.
