Greetings I placed an order with you on 2018-12-14 for seven (7) Mystic Messenger Rubber Keychains. The order confirmation number is: 20181214_IE3_0000185 I received a package from you on 2018-12-31, but it is not what I ordered. The shipping label says it is rubber keychains, but it is not. The box is black and has "Special Believer Package" written on the top with lots of fun things inside, but no rubber keychains. Was a mistake made in what was sent to me?
