Purchase order depositing status.

Hi, I ordered a 707 RFA Emoticon Cushion on the 17th of December but it keeps saying that the order is still in progress. I used paypal guest checkout to purchase the item and money has been taken out of my account already.Has it been sent out yet? I do live outside of Seoul, Korea (I live in the United States) so I have considered that as a factor but it has been at most  3-4 days since I have purchased my product and it still says “order in processing”. I just want to know whether or not my order will ever be confirmed and sent out.

I also do not know where to track my item. I have found links you posted on another Q/A post but all those site say that they can not find my package including USPS. Maybe it is because my item is still in process but I would like to know, did I choose the wrong delivery company when I was purchasing the cushion? The delivery company I chose was the KOREA POST International Small Packets. Any information on my product and shipping would be very helpful. My Order Number

We are sorry for your inconvenience.
Deliveries are collected between Monday and Sunday and are shipped the following Tuesday.
If Tuesday is a holiday, it will be shipped next business day.
Shipping time does not include weekends, holidays, or customs processing time.

K-Packet: 21 days (excluding weekends, holidays, time taken in custom, etc)
EMS: 0~8 days (excluding weekends, holidays, time taken in custom, etc)
