Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Refund due to change of mind are only available within 7 days after receiving the product.

(Shipping fee must be paid by the customer. /Refunds excludes shipping charge.)

2. Refunds for defective products are only available within 3 months after receiving the product.

3. Refunds are not available when paid function code has been used.
