Hello, I ordered the RFA VIP Package from your site on January 7th and paid for the express delivery. However, when I search for my tracking number on the Korea Post International EMS website, it does not show as shipped yet. The tracking number is EG238869349KR, and the order number is 20190107_NE0_0000451. Any information that can be provided is much appreciated!
