Hello, I ordered a package on October 29,2018 (order number :20181029_XE7_0000862)
So I went to see via your site on EMS Track/Confirm, it says that my package was unsuccessfully delivered the 20th of November, reason : Insufficient address.
Is it possible to ask for help to identify where my package is,his status ?
